Test Flight

While building a layout you will no doubt be curious to see what it will look like with actual data. A layout can be tested offline in two ways. The Control > Demo Levels menu command sends arbitrary levels to all objects. Channels, Scrollers, Yokes, Scanners, RGB and CMY colors, and Command objects will all respond as they would with live data.

The Control > Faders menu command opens a window containing eleven faders. The first ten are connected to the first ten DMX slots in each universe. The last fader is connected to every DMX slot and will send its level to all objects.

Either of these tools can be used to test fly the layout offline.
